Shawn has worked as a CPA for over 20 years and has expertise in tax, accounting systems, financial reporting, business process implementation, and corporate guidance at the executive level. Shawn's experience began working for a Big 4 accounting firm, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He then spent 15 years as an independent accounting consultant for large and midsize companies. He now brings his years of experience to his own CPA firm, Harley & Company.
Shawn has extensive experience in owning and running a profitable business (as an independent consultant and as a partner in a successful service business). He knows what it means to be a small business owner/partner, an owner of real estate and how to manage a small business. He promotes both individuals and businesses to be properly structured, but not overly complex.
